SUPW Service

Community service enable us a good human being. We visit Gandhi bhavan, nedumpana to entertain the parents who are abandoned by their childrens. Community service in the B.Ed curriculum has been a transformative experience, shaping my identity as a socially responsible teacher. By reflecting on this experience, I have distilled valuable lessons and insights to inform my future teaching practice. As I embark on my teaching journey, I remain committed to fostering a culture of social responsibility, empathy, and critical thinking in my students. 

Art center visit

  we embark on an enriching journey to the Art Centre, a vibrant hub of creativity and self-expression. This visit promises to inspire our imagination, foster artistic appreciation, and provide a unique opportunity to engage with the artistic community. As part of B-Ed curriculum we had to visit "sankar memorial national cartoon museum  and art gallery" along with a historical monument " Krishnapuram palace". Krishnapuram palace   A historic palace renowned for its traditional beauty and cultural significance. It is built by Anizham thirunal  marthanda varma, the king of Travancore, the palace reflects traditional kerala architecture with its galid roof, narrow corridors and stunning courtyards. Supw workshop 🪅

 "Integrating Socially Useful Productive Work (SUPW) in B.Ed curriculum enhances teacher education through practical, vocational, and socially relevant skills. SUPW fosters community engagement, environmental awareness, and sustainable development, preparing student-teachers for broad education and real-world challenges." In this workshop, mohanlal sir divide the whole class into 5 groups and gave class to prepare soap, lotion, hand wash, file and paper bag. Each group prepared single item. .

Food Fest 🧆🍛

After discussed with our teachers we the students of Badhariya B-Ed training college, velichikala get ready to conduct an event to serve plenty of homemade foods. The event was so sweet, spicy and yummy as the foods. The whole class was divide into 5 groups.Wide variety of foods were serve by each team.

Mathematics Association

To gave awareness about the importance and significance of the subject. For that we the mathematics department of Badhariya  B-Ed training college conducted world statistics day on 21 October 2024. As part of it assistant professor of mathematics mrs meenu m presented our logo and reveal the name " DECIDATA " and delivered speechs about statistics, it's theme, objectives, applications, etc. After that we conducted a quiz competition and exhibition.

Field visit

 A field trip is an educational excursion outside the traditional classroom settings, designed to provide hands on learning experiences, observation and exploration. In B-Ed curriculum, a field trip is an essential component of the program. It develop skills in lesson planning, classroom management and teaching strategies. Thirparappu waterfalls A stunning waterfall that offers a refreshing and relaxing experience to visitors is located near kaniyakumari district about 55 km from Thiruvananthapuram, kerala. The waterfall is known for its stunning natural beauty, scenic surroundings, and as a popular spot for relaxation and photography Mathur aqueduct Mathur Aqueduct is a long water bridge built to carry water across a river and valleys to help irrigation, and today it is also a beautiful tourist attraction.
